I’m a freelance animator and motion designer based in Cardiff. I started out in March 2018 and I’ve been creating characters, constructing explainer videos and bringing brands to life ever since. I approach every project with two mindsets: The playful creativity and imagination of an animator, and the problem solving mindset and attention to detail of a graphic designer.
I strongly believe the creative process is at its best when it’s collaborative. Whether it's explaining your product with an engaging video, promoting your business with a social media campaign or spicing up your brand with animation, I want to work with you to make your next project effective, memorable and fun.
THE TECHNICAL STUFF
I work primarily in Adobe After Effects with Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro to back it up. I make use of a tool kit of plugins, some of my favourites being Rubberhose, Joysticks ‘n’ Sliders, GifGun and DUIK. While I primarily work in 2D and with Adobe software, I am actively learning other software such as Toon Boom Harmony and Blender. I’m more than happy to work in house with you (within reason) so if you’re an animation or design studio that needs an extra pair of hands, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
