In 2017, I had the pleasure of designing for the wedding of Jessica and Timothy Johnson. The theme of their wedding was memories, and so involved a combination of old photos of them as well as their family and friends, and textures that gave the designs an aged yet warm and comforting look.
(Above) The 'Save the Date' invitations sent out before the proper invite. It shows a picture of both the bride and groom as babies and introduces the American Typewriter font and aged texture
As the theme of the wedding was memories, the tables at the wedding dinner were themed around locations the bride and groom had been to or, in the case of Bali which was used for the head table (above), places they were going to go.
(Above) Stationery found at the tables of the dinner which were bound together with brown string and a small branch of leaves. The stationery included the menu, a card allowing people to give advice to the future Mr and Mrs, and a thank you card they could take home to remember the day
It's incredibly satisfying to see all of my work printed and displayed at the beautiful venue (Blake Hall, Ongar) Photos courtesy of Rowan Katy
